Training Programs to Improve Employee Skills

EPP works with your departments and leadership to evaluate and revamp some current work practices and skill levels of employees. We offer a variety of specialized training programs based on the firm’s needs, including skills assessments.

♦ Smart Start Employee Onboarding – The initial training new employees receive goes a long way to help new hires feel comfortable and productive from day one.  We assess your current practices and recommend improvements.  EPP also provides new hire training for many of our clients who outsource this process.  

♦ Smart Start with AI Implementation –  Responsible use of AI can improve productivity and document creation. EPP works with your firm to assess current software and integrated systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and where AI can assist.  EPP also helps the firm develop AI use policies and ethical guidelines.
